Ground down into the present moment
by noticing the tactile sensations
of your body against your seat

Place your palms face up on your legs, to signal your openness to receive

Envision your body surrounded by a radiant + pulsing green light,
signifying the lushness of life
& abundance of creation

Once you feel the firm support of this fertile energy, begin to imagine a stream of money flowing into the green orb
that surrounds you

Begin to feel this money flow through
& cleanse your body, from the tip of your head to the roots of your feet

Next, imagine something you’d like
to manifest in the next 6 months

Begin to embrace into the energy of what it will feel like once you obtain this object of desire. Really imagine yourself receiving this thing that is
already yours

Once you feel fully enveloped by that which you seek, express out loud
